Nokia Gold Arte 8800

 Luxurious phones are in demand, yet again! Nokia, the undisputed leader in mobile phones segment has launched a revamped version of fashion symbol Carbon Arte. Named as Nokia Gold Arte 8800, it’s full of glamour and glitter. Made in gold it has 18 carat gold casing. Still, if you want more then there is white leather casing. For obvious reasons, this phone is aimed at people who want a status symbol. Primarily targeted for higher strata of the society, this phone is available to you if you are willing to shell out an exorbitant price.

 This glitzy and gleaming cell phone has wonderful features. Most of the features are similar to the earlier status symbol Carbon Arte. It offers you WCDMA 2100 connectivity along with Tri-band GSM (900 / 1800). The camera is equipped with 3.2 megapixel autofocus with 8x digital zoom. The higher quality of camera ensures that even distant objects will be very much visible. Other useful features are Opera mini web browser, series 40 5th edition interface, USB 2.0 port and feature pack 1. Dipped in 18 carat gold, Gold Arte 8800 weighs 150 grams with thickness of 14.6 mm, length of 109 mm and width of 45.6 mm. it has a scratch resistant screen and is basically a slider phone. Screen resolution is 240 x 320 pixels.

Other features of Gold Arte 8800 include in-built music player, video player and 4 GB internal storage memory. It provides wired connectivity to the computer and also supports video recording. The battery gives you 3.5 hours of talk time. All in all, it is a true status symbol.
